An initial outline of regular collection rules, request status, billing and referrals.

Monthly pickup service

Regular monthly service includes one scheduled weekly pickup of properly secured bagged household garbage at an address approved on a route. No containers are provided. Any exceptions must be approved in advance.

Route requests

Submitting a service area, calendar preference or application does not guarantee route availability, start date, service acceptance or pricing until confirmed.

Extra items

Larger and non-bagged items, construction materials, appliances and debris are quoted separately, subject to review and applicable waste restrictions.

Billing and rewards

Recurring billing requires customer approval of the final price and authorization on a secure hosted payment page. Referral rewards are subject to qualifying eligibility after a referred customer's third successful paid month.
