Customer inquiries
When a live intake system is configured, we collect customer details submitted through our forms, including name, address, phone, email, route choices, referral details and request messages, for route planning, service administration and contact.
Payments
Payments should be conducted on the secure website of a selected payment processor. We do not request payment card data through our contact or scheduling forms.
Sharing and requests
Necessary data may be shared with our contracted scheduling, billing and customer support tools to operate service. The business must disclose its actual providers, retention rules and contact details before public launch.
